Fulfillment & Shipping Partner
Our fulfillment partner is Happy Shops. Packages in Germany are shipped with DHL. Other countries are fulfilled by the shipment provider which Happy Shops consideres best for the specific market at time of purchase.
Damaged or lost packages
If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact our support (contact@hopeful-games.com).
In the event of damage, we will replace the product free of charge. Do not open the product in this case. Contact us immediately to resolve the problem (contact@hopeful-games.com). Complaints must be submitted within 7 calendar days after receipt of the package.
